At Empower Fitness, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:

- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The item must not be a clearance, sale, or final sale product (unless otherwise stated).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items with missing or damaged packaging, or items not in their original condition.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@empowerfit.shop within 30 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Approval: We will review your return request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the Item: Ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories and paperwork included.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the product is damaged or used, we may deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund request.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@empowerfit.shop with pictures and a description of the issue. We will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. Returns will be processed according to our standard return policy.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
